The house has a Cape Dutch-style design and was completed in 1992. It was converted into a guest house in 2007 and has retained the charm, comfort and warm feeling of a home.

The Studio is a double-story, self-catering apartment. It has recently been renovated and is newly furnished in a modern style. The apartment is located in the village centre, hardly a five-minute stroll from the restaurants, cafes, and shops that Franschhoek is renowned for.
